Our Time to Market

The clean fuel project, like any other large industrial project, will follow a process of concept, basic and detailed engineering with milestones to safeguard the technical and financial soundness and robustness of the project. It starts by defining a Basis of Design in which all the design parameters of the H2-FPSO are described. SwitcH2 has started this process, expected to be completed by year end 2023.

Once the technical and economic viability has been confirmed SwitcH2 will create a consortium of industry players, secure off takers and arrange funding for the full EPCI scope. We expect to be selling green H2 (or green ammonia) by 2028.
