SwitcH2 B.V., established by two seasoned veterans in the offshore realm of oil, gas, and renewable energy, boasts a cumulative expertise of five decades. Their extensive backgrounds encompass engineering, project management, subcontracting, and financing for large-scale infrastructure projects.
With a proven track record in large scale design and project execution, SwitcH2 specializes in the design and successful execution of diverse floating renewable energy projects, including net zero FPSO’s, FSO’s and floating cracking units.
As part of its strategic expansion, SwitcH2 is poised to undertake multiple projects, taking on the overarching high-level project management responsibilities for the construction of FPSOs’, FSO’s and floating cracking units. This forward-looking approach positions SwitcH2 as a key player in the dynamic and evolving landscape of offshore energy projects.

Technology Partners
SwitcH2 is supported by 2 strong shareholders, BW Offshore and Dutch Oceans Capital, which stepped in mid-2022. SwitcH2 secured a EUR 4 million grant from RVO, the Dutch execution arm of the Ministry of Economics & Climate Matters in December 2022 for Project OFFSET, a four-year program aimed to advance the technology in certain areas of our FPSO, including the direct use of seawater in the electrolysis process.
