We are pleased to announce that OFFSET by SwitcH2 B.V. has been selected as one of three nominees for the Waterstof Innovatie Award 2026.

Our project OFFSET was recognised for its innovative approach to the production of green hydrogen and green ammonia offshore. The concept combines offshore renewable energy with floating production technology, creating a pathway for scalable production of renewable fuels at sea.

The nomination highlights the potential of offshore production concepts to contribute to the development of the hydrogen economy and the wider energy transition.

The winner of the Waterstof Innovatie Award 2026 will be announced on 6. October 2026 during Zero Emission | Ecomobiel in the Netherlands.

We are proud to see OFFSET recognised alongside two other innovative hydrogen solutions and look forward to presenting our vision for the future of offshore hydrogen and ammonia production.
